$120 15 Point Inspection
Includes: Check refrigerant charge & operating pressure; Clean debris from outdoor unit; Check air temperature across coil; Clean all controls & switches; Clean & tighten all electrical connections; Check & oil condenser fan motor; Check & oi blower motor (direct drive); Check voltage and amp draw; Check ductwork for leaks or breakages ductwork for leaks or breakages around or near air handler; Check & clean evaporator coil, if necessary; Check for any leaks; Check condensate pan & line; Check air filter; and Check thermostat. *Small parts will be charged at manufacturer's suggested retail price, and you will be informed before any extra charges are incurred. Freon and small parts are extra. Problems requiring more than initial one-hour for repairs are charges according to the normal rate of $115.00 per hour. Payment is required upon services rendered. All work is scheduled between the hours of 8am-5pm, M-F. Each additional unit at same location is $80.00 per unit. There will be a travel charge fee for areas out of the City of Gainesville.
