Great experience with Browning! They came out same day, were able to provide temporary air conditioning while we waited for replacement. I got several prices and Browning was by far the best price. We had Bart as our technician today. You can tell that he takes pride in his work! He focused on details with the diagnostic while also doing the job efficiently. Also worth noting was his great attitude and customer service skills. He took time to teach us good AC maintenance practices to avoid major issues in the long run. Definitely a person of integrity in the workplace, which is not always easy to find. Would highly recommend Browning Heating & Air, but would especially want to work with Bart in the future! We had to call a couple times. One emergency call and technician Justin came out. AMAZING and respectful. Knowledgeable. Came back the next day to complete what was needed. We knew it was time and our unit was going out. Two weeks later it did. Had to buy a whole new A/C. Amazing to get several prices and options to choose from. Took a few days to get but in this heat they weren’t letting our two babies stay in the house with no air and set up portable units until we could get the install. Big Dillion and little Dillion and a third technician installed our new unit. They never stopped working. No sitting around. Very respectful and worked around us. Explained everything as they went along. Would absolutely recommend. 5 out 5 and as business owners we appreciate the quality of technicians being hired! Browning replaced my mom’s A/C unit. Their level of customer care is beyond exceptional from providing an estimate to completing the job. Compared to other companies we asked for estimates (and never even replied) Browning took our business very seriously since we contacted them. David always answered all our questions immediately, and took special care to the specific needs of our senior parents.
