Our AC system was not working well and was diagnosed with a leaking coil. It was over 12 years old, so we knew it needed to be replaced. We're in Gainesville and got quotes from 4 companies to compare and contrast. It was challenging to sort through the proposals, but TJ with Browning was extremely patient with us, explaining in detail the equipment choices, and options to consider. We felt the Browning proposal was the best fit for us and our situation, so that was our choice. The equipment was available so in a couple of days the installation team, Dylan and Dylan, showed up as scheduled. They were very professional, answering our questions and explaining what they were doing. The new equipment was of different size and shape than the original. Fitting the air handler into the utility closet required some duct work resizing. Dylan did this well - the unit fits nicely in the closet and the ductwork is very well done. TJ was on site for much of the install, getting supplies and parts as needed and providing us with additional information as requested. When the installers were done, they cleaned everything up nicely. The install looks great. We want to recognize Dylan and Dylan for their professionalism and the great work they did. We are very happy to have the new system in place and expect excellent cooling performance once the weather warms up. Read Less
